Did Briana Evigan really dance?

I keep rewatching this movie again and again and most of the time it is not possible to see her face during dancing. Either the camera is too far or she is showing her back. There were some scenes when she was visible but scenes like the battle in the club with Ty for example doesn't show her face at all.

I'm curious because all the other characters who pull off real hard moves were showing their faces. Briana Evigan on the other hand didn't seem to do so.

Even in the dance scenes after the movie ends, she was shaking her booty. That was the only dance move she did.

Anyone know for a fact that she did the moves herself?

Yes. It was her that was dancing. for sure...
all the dancers in this movie are actual dancers in real life
or have had experience dancing.

it was definitely her dancing throughout the movie..
although, she did hurt her knee (ACL) during filming..
so there was a double in the rain dance scene
(its shown in the special features)
but i highly doubt they used the double alot..
because she can still dance but she has said that
she now has to wear a brace and it makes some moves difficult.
so i guess the double was for the moves she couldnt do,
but only in the rain dance scene!!

hmm.. I just thought it was weird not to show her face when she was jumping and moving in the club scene. Ty's face can be seen but not hers.

Finished rewatching it a while ago. Everytime I watch it, I focus on one particular character's dancing. Makes it more interesting. :)

I just got to Briana's character. So asked the question.

What does gender have to do with anything?

She is very sexy and I loved Sophia too. Wish she had more dance moves in the movie.

But dance moves are different from sex appeal.

While she definitely has talent dancing (abnd I'm not saying she's a BAD dancer), it really feels like that's the only notable thing she does throughout the entire movie.

She was also really good at Tutting.

You can see during her audition at MSA, she has a double when she's break dancing. You can especially see it when she's on her back, right before she hops back up. The face profile is totally different from Briana's. Was gonna uploaded a screenshot, but PB isn't working.
