I haven't seen the episodes after "About an F-Word", but the preview for the next episode showed Amy and Jason sitting at a table and the waiter asks if there together or something and Jason says something like "We together but were not dating." Then she says "He gets it!" Is that from "About an All-nighter"?

No. It's from "About a Homecoming" It's the season/series finale.
