My thoughts on MInghags. Tell me what you think.

So Bam is back with a new flick that has been in the making for a while now. A lot of familar faces are around, which made me happy.

Pros

- Dico has a lot of screen time.
- Not a HIM festival soundtrack wise.
- Generally amusing/funny
- Good old back-yard film making feel
- Most scenes of the film don't drag, there is a lot of shared screen time. For example, there aren't any scenes with Bam just looking at the camera and being all like, "Look at me!"

Cons

- A lot of unressolved sub-plots. Infact, very little is even concluded.
- Bam going for a PG-13 feel, hurt the film's overall potential for comedic results.
- No Raab himself
- Bit too weird/cartoony at some points. The movie's level of humor doesn't quite match the styling which makes the final product look flawed.
- Because the film has no real ending the whole thing feels rather incomplete and pointless.

Needless to say, I am a die hard fan of Haggard, the classic 4 CKY tapes, Jackass, Viva La Bam, and even Ryan Dunn's Homewrecker (which I want to come out on DVD!)but I'm not quite sure what I think about Minghags. Its IS funny for the most part, but the whole thing felt like it could have been so much more. And we waited a very long time for the movie, does the wait match the final product? In my opinion, not quite.

7 out of 10.

From a perspective of someone who does not follow Bam's life, Minghags was so ******* terrible. Haggard was 10x better.

2/10 from me

I agree with you there, pretty much. "Haggard" felt like a movie, while "Minghags" was just some convoluted mashing of truly unfunny clips. The plot is thin as a whole, and entirely nonexistent in many parts. Too many characters are in the story, and most of them just disappear at random. I like my fair share of random-ass movies (essentially that's what "Haggard" was), but "Minghags" doesn't even really seem like a movie... just a bad clip show.

I will go as far as saying that this is the second worst movie I have ever witnessed, just behind "Diary of the Dead". I enjoyed "Haggard", so I was extremely disappointed by this new output.
