nudity compared to other shows

why do shows like dirty sanchez show full frontal nudity such as their genitals and this show does not?mind you jackass didn't really do it and sanchez seems to be the only stunt kind of show to do this , just wondering if anyone else thought it was only because they were female?

If some1 with multiple personalities threatens 2 kill himself,is it considered a hostage situation?

i'm not particularly bothered about the fact they were censored because if you want nudity, there's the internet. but it is strange they're willing to crap in a bucket in front of millions and stay censored.
