Child dragging a cat?

Sorry, I couldn't watch it after this. Did I actually see a child dragging a cat by a string tied around it's neck? Motionless?

reply

Don't worry, the cat was fine... I assume it was motionless for the most part because it was sleep (when the baby lets the rope go the cat lifts its head and lays it back down to sleep)

I actually thought it was kinda funny because I wasn't expecting it to be a cat but animals are pretty tolerable of a lot. If the cat was really discomforted by being pulled it wouldn't have just allowed it and would've shown some type of resistance, so don't fret :)

Later you even see the cat sleeping peacfully with the baby. He is not afraid. I was worried too but the cat seems fine.

Remember to always be yourself. Unless you suck.

Yeah, I thought was a hoot. If the cat wasn't okay with it, it would have fought it, literally tooth and claw.

Do children really know any better? Plenty of kids are rough with animals, plus the cat seemed fine.

the thing i loved most about this movie was the interaction with the animals...the animals were so patient and calm with the kids...it really showed howm uch interaction they must have...my cat would have attacked that kid and scratched his face off...honestly..lol

i admit, to my american eyes, the scenes with the cats in leashes and being dragged around by kids was different...but one cat, the dark grey one, did not seem to mind in the slightest by being dragged around by his mongolian baby friend...actually quite wonderful to see animals deal with human children with more tolerance than they would a human adult...animals know
