they refer to this game cooper plays. his dad at the end. all the folks at the office in the beginning. can someone explain it to me??

i feel daft asking this but i kept expecting one of the girls to ask what it was about and Cooper elaborating on what this stupid game is. obviously that never happens so.

any ideas?

You call someone's name and then turn away and pretend you didn't when they look. It's very juvenile. But I think it was used to very cute effect in the movie.
