Question (Spoilers)

I saw this movie last night and had a quick question. The part when Ursula dies in the bathroom, after she chokes everyone is crowded around the closed door then it sounds like footsteps are walking to the door and then it opens. It obviously couldn't be Ursula as she was quite dead on the floor and not close enough to the door. So was it some "evil" thing (if it was that was creepy!), or was it one of her friends? I didn't notice anyone walking towards the door (I though they were all huddled together) and I think the footsteps were coming from inside the bathroom? I hope that makes sense!
