A high school parody thing, that actually has a good storyline?

Go watch the movie Brick... I swear this movie was taking straight from it.

Definitely Brick. Only Brick is much darker, if this sits well with you.

"Wasted on the Youth."
explores the darkness the Australian equivalent of high school.
less "film noir" than this movie and "brick," but at the same intensity as the latter.
