utterly terrible

I had low expectations going in, but this exceeded even my wildest dreams on how bad it could be.
I figured at minimum we would get some solid Billy bob, but he was hardly even in the film.
I guess the best scene was the bus race? It at least held with the spirit of what I thought the film was to be about. Too bad they didn't continue with more political manueverings.
Poorly written, poorly acted, and either no true concept or got lost along the way and was never sure what film they were trying to make.
