Okay I just have a question about the movie I'm watching the movie right now here's my question where Alex's friend said something about walking home and she turned him down then he saw the darkness and then he said do you want to walk home, Then again towards the middle of the movie where the girls are talking and then they open up the doors but it looks like the friends don't know about it or do they know about it, It's totally confussed but likes like he knows about the darkness does he or not?

Actually I think the darkness was ther father Aron shadow and he kept getting into other people such as the maid, to watch over the girls

That's exactly what I thought, too. Because, I mean, if it was Thantos, wouldn't he have a dark intention? Anyone who was "possessed" never actually made any attempt or showed signs of wanting to hurt Alex and/or Cam.
