I was worried it wasn't going to be good, but it was really entertaining.
It had a good story, the effects looked more real and Tia & Tamara were really hot in this.
I heard it got 20 million viewers, is that true?

I thought it was good yeah, at least. Better than the first, anyway. The first seemed more rushed, but that's to be expected when it was only alloted an hour and thirty-five minutes just about, and had to explain who they were and why and what was happening. LoL At least in the sequel they could take their time because everything was out of the way in terms of intros and explanations and incorporate more magic, which they did and that was great to see. :)
Dunno about the viewer amount, but I imagine it'd be that high. The production HAD done a good job of advertising and teasing, after all.

shareYeah the first one left a lot of room for a sequel, what with the twins never discovering what truly happened to their father. This movie didn't leave as much room for a third movie, should there ever be one. They certainly can't have the Darkness return... again.
shareIf there will be a third one, they'll create it like the third Halloweentown film, and go for an entirely new plot. Because if the Darkness returns AGAIN it'll be deemed as repetitive and not worth watching.

You may have thought it was predictable but I sure didn't know which spell Camryn was going to say. And yeah, the CGI effects were bad at some points, but you have to realize it's a TV movie and they don't have a huge budget.

Yeah! I totally liked it more than the first, too. It had a lot of suspense and was definitely quite freaky at points, mostly with the shadows and shadow hand. Gave me chills! lol.
Thantos coming back made it more exciting! He's a great villain and the actor was incredible in that role! That being said, I kind of wish they hadn't gotten rid of him in this one. Oh well...what can you do?
Other than that though, great movie!
