Based on the things you've said I feel inclined to just invite you to my house to see the film, maybe make you a nice dinner. I'm glad you're interested in seeing Sympathy, the good news is you may have the chance to see it theatrically! On June 28th, if by some odd reason you live in Yellow Springs, Ohio (home of Dave Chappelle) you can catch us at the Little Art Theatre. It happens to be my hometown as well so it'll be a lot of old friends and people I owed money to before I left. Then in July (7th), we're playing the Midwest's Largest Horror Film Convention -- 'HorrorHound Weekend' in Indianapolis, Indiana (the state that served as the filming grounds of Symapthy). Finally in October we're playing ScreamFest at the Mann's Chinese Theatres in Hollywood, CA; exact times and dates for that event are TBA. I've entered the film into a slew of additional festivals so god willing they'll be more screenings as well. As far as a DVD release, we're currently in talks with distributors so more on that to come. It'll find its way to you, one way or another (hopefully not pirated, cause I hate being a waiter).
