a real plot hole... or maybe i just missed it SPOILERS

I don't care what anyone thinks I LOVE RACE! I love the movie and all the acting is great and I happened to LOVE the fact that there were endless twists. It made it exciting, and I've never seen a movie with more twists! I always thought the plot was perfect, but I found a small plot hole

In the very beginningn when we first first out Akshaye Khanna's character was ill will against Saif. The scene where he is with Bipasha and telling her about her life, escaping orphange and killing a guy and all. Then Bipasha turns around and wants "in on the plan".

Bipasha was working with Saif and trying to dupe Akshaye Khanna. But Akshaye Khanna says "i've been looking up on your since u started knowing my brother". However, Saif didn't know about his brother's intentions until the car wreck when he heard him on the phone. So when did they plant this phoney information??? Why would they have been making some phoney info on her and how did they do it? Or was the info not fake and she really had done all that (kill a guy and blaming him for rape and everything?)

I just watched Race on Zee Tv tonight and i was wondering the same thing! I was wondering if maybe Akshaye just told her that and he wasnt really looking at it before and maybe he knew she already knew about the money his brother was getting and thats why he brought it up. but i'm really not sure. But I loved the movie, it was awesome!

ya me too Meera-Khan... I love race I've watched it so many times

I guess one thing that might have been is that he was checking up on her ever since he began dating Bipasha but maybe only after Saif learned of his brother's intentions did they plant this phoney info. Maybe before Akshaye Khanna just couldn't find anything and then suddenly they plant info and that's why its only after the crash (After Saif finds out), that Akshaye Khanna says "I want to be with your girlfriend"

I think this might be a solution to the problem as well!
