As he drives away from the collapsing house on his motorcycle, suddenly the view of the falling bricks becomes a drawing of falling bricks. A drawing being crumpled by Victor, a patient in a mental hospital; surrounded by all the men seen in the movie, and his bed covered by his drawings of the events of the story.

Made no sense to me at all!
They should have left it at
Victor driving away from the collapsing house on his motorcycle and the house completely collapsing into the ground.
