It is April 2011 - Is there any way to see this movie?

Okay, this movie was given a limited release in 2008... Here it is almost 3 years later. No sign of it on DVD. Anybody have info on when this movie will be available to see on DVD...? Or to see it anywhere...?

search on the pirate bay... aaaand nothing. of course distributors wont pick up a movie like this but they pick up and distribute countless other GARBAGE ... so fckn annoying
