Not only is it our (gluteus) Maximus getting his ass handed to him, if you follow any of the videos posted on YouTube he's been responding to every comment posted about him. (BatMax086) He's quick to launch vulgar language and challenges to fight. He's made at least one death threat ("The next video on YouTube will be your death.") I think all of the fight challenges are why he's switched to posing as SpongeBob lately.

Saw this on Tosh.0 and immediately recognized him. What's worse is that the guy fighting him is clearly drunk and still just manhandled him like it was nothing. I have to assume all the guys Batman killed as a mob enforcer were in comas or couldn't hear him because they were wearing noise cancelling headphones.
