Well, I got the DVD and saw it and I must say that though I don't think it's bad, it's not good either. The twins do a great job for their first movie role, but the directing, and the storyline don't help them. For one thing, there isn't enough character development, and the story seems to move along way too fast. There's also quite a bit of overacting from some of the supporting cast (i.e. "Tiffany" OMG!!!) and the movie, though watchable, is not in par with its predecessors. The story should have been more developed and should have moved slower. The resolution seems to come to quickly and too easily. Also, it would have been great if more time was spent having the twins alter the stiff school with their ideas and personalities. Their characters were way underdeveloped and the twins' acting abilities weren't showcased to their full potential. And there are a lot of goofs. For example, it's raining in England and they complain that the sun never shines, when it's clearly shining even trhough the rain! Also, Izzy loses her bracelet when she and Chris go into the teacher's office to get her notebook. Then, they are conveniently framed for cheating, and the bracelet is used as evidence against her. Yet how could anyone have known that ahead of time to plan to frame her since the bracelet was only found when the teacher went into his office to look for evidence? The one scene where Izzy explains and clarifies how she lost her bracelet has been cut and can be seen during the end credits as an outtake. This movie could have been way better if more attention had been put into the quality, the story, and the characters than in the budget. Just because a movie has a low budget it doesn't mean they have to make it bad. When the budget doesn't cut it for certain scenes or effects, that's when a good story with a good plot can save the movie. So in my opinion, even with the low budget, the movie could have turned out a lot better with more care to the story, the plot, and the characters.
