One major flaw
Other than the glaring issues (bad writing, directing, idea) the twins aren't cute, at all.

Oh, jeez. They are cute. That is why they were hired to act in this. The people they will appeal to are kind of young. They are kind of young (or supposed to be - in which case, they are doing a good job of that...)
