Did one of the villains have sex with a corpse? (spoiler)

I remember there was one scene, when the two bad guys tried to have sex with the girl, but one was kicked away, so he tried alternative and dragged the younger wrestler's (whose heart was just harvested) body to a corner and started having sex with that corpse. Unbelievable.

Another earlier scence seems to be this young wrestler was caught and had his pants being pulled down and the doctor seems to be amazed by what she saw and then asked the butcher to have him castrated. What was that for? I don't quite understand.

I was pretty tired so don't really remember the necrophilia but that makes sense because it seemed like there wasn't a lot of waste on the train - every body part got used in one way or another.... As for the castration scene, I think the female doctor had the butcher pull down the wrestler's pants so that the dude (transplant recipient?) outside the window could decide if the wrestler's privates were acceptable.

I thought it was the other girl with a hook in her chin not the genitalia lacking boy. And she was still alive at this point, wasn't she?

No. They showed him dragging the guy whose heart as just excised in the chair past the cage. Then they showed him in the corner going at it on the dead guy.

She was alive until we see her being carried off the train by the soldiers. Did you not see that part?
