I don't think a heart would be viable if the butcher basically rips it out of the chest cavity. Harvesters take hours to remove transplant organs. I know it was a movie, but still...

I thought that as well.... Sick and suspenseful movie tho for what it was.

This movie was beyond stupid. Out of all people why take Americans. 6 American families would raise hell if their family members just come up missing in another country.
