Saw Train... It ROCKS!

I happened to see TRAIN at Screamfest and the movie is awesome. Unrelenting terror! Once it starts going (which is right in the opening scene) it never stops shocking and terrifying!

How good was it? Do you think it'll be a hit in cinemas?

I'm pretty sure it will be. it's so f%^ing bloody, it's awesome, man!

Whenever I see a post that reads like a press release, I get suspicious. Oooh ... shocking and terrifying! Yeah, right.

Some of us just have better English than you, you foooooool.

Such a witty riposte. I must admit, "foooooool" is a shining example of "better English". But what happened to your dazzling! array! of! exclamation! points?!?

Anyway, you missed my point. I wasn't commenting on your English or writing skills. Your original post contained such delirious hyperbole as one usually finds in a print ad--"Unrelenting terror!"; "Never stops shocking and terrifying!"; "Starts going right in the opening scene!"--and so I suspected that you might well be a studio flack. However, judging from your exquisitely inane response, I now doubt that you are able to hold down a job of any kind. Therefore, I apologize.

this is obviously the director of train. if you look at his message board profile, his only post are on boards dedicated to his movies. it's pretty sad when "filmmakers" resort to this. especially when i wanted to like this movie but cant now that i know the director is a douche.

I went to see it at Screamfest as well and I have to say that I was greatly impressed. Glad I learned about the premiere through Gideon Emery. haha! It was actually one of the best horror movies I've seen in a while. I don't scare easily but this film pulled a few jumps out of me so I give them two thumbs up.
I must admit though, for those that were able to go, I was one of the people laugh through practically the entire movie. XP

As for the question about the film making it into local theaters. They are currently working on cutting the film down to an R rating so, hopefully sometime in the near future. If you get the chance to see Train, it is something worth seeing. It has it's comical college games and humor and as much blood and carnage as Hostel. I would recommend it.

Great things have happened in the world, but not to me.

I saw TRAIN at Screamfest. It's appalling. Most of the people I spoke to who had seen it felt the same way.

reply

I would recommend it.

Thora, is that you? LOL

Yes, I killed Yvette. I hated her sooo much. F - flames, on the sides of my face - heaving, breath-

reply

Wow. What are the odds that someone whose only other posts are about the director's previous film would enjoy this one too???

Shocking? the trailer bored me to death, and Thora Birch spoiled the movie in an interview big time. She survives, her boyfriend and best friend get killed, she goes all Hitcher 2007 on the killers. End of horrid movie. Kill the *beep* girl for once!

all i want to know is, is thora birch naked in this movie? i saw the trailer and there was alot of nudity in it, but no birch. this decides if the see the film or not.

yeah, it's a great movie. "Saw" train is a good way to put it, lol, but I think "Hostel" train is more accurate.

Team Hoffman!

Easily one of the worst films I've ever wasted time with. I wouldn't recommend it, other than as a sleep aid.
