Shockingly... Pleased!

I'm a long term Seagal fan, but I - like many of you - have found the recent years somewhat, dark, to say the least. Exit Wounds & Half Past Dead gave us hope and then, down hill all the way..!

I thought RJ was a step in the right direction - though OTT swearing - and I think this is yet another step in a positive path.

The 2 films here are nothing more than your average TV movie, only of a genre you don't often see. It's by no means top $£€ or features an Oscar worthy screenplay.

But it's decent and entertaining - and that's what (and all!) you should expect from a film of this style in this day and age.

In my opinion, the big shoot-out climax was the only thing that could have been done a little better, perhaps it was the filmography that let it down, but as someone rightly mentioned in an earlier post, it did get somewhat confusing.

Anyway, Seagal/action film fan I am, so a little biased perhaps, but yeah, better and enjoyable stuff from the big man.

It's enjoyable, cause it's so crappy it's hilarious
I do like Segal though, but I mean.. haha, funny movie

I appreciate he's done most of the action/ martial arts scenes himself instead of a very obvious stunt double.

Yeah man I felt to need to explain my want to buy this movie to the cashier, but he was also a supporter and i was just astounded that someone in my area that isnt trash is a fan. But he said that he appreciated him for his old stuff not his new stuff. I was glad someone could understand why i wanna buy his movies. you either get badass action and oneliners, or you get *beep* badass action and oneliners, so you win either way.
