Reward?

does anyone know what's the reward/prize for clearing the final stage or even any of the stages? is there prize money? or just bragging rights? cos some of the contestants are totally immersed in ninja warrior and have made it their life!!! all they ever do is just train and train for ninja warrior and some even quit their jobs.

also i heard ninja warrior only happens twice a year in japan? so contestants only get 2 shots at winning whatever prize there is. im guessing it has to be a really big prize for them to just forget their livelihoods and focus on training
