I thought vince would have been back from the 1st movie but never saw him,was he approached about it anyone know?

story probably went that he had gone to jail since he has to be airlifted out in the 1st one

Uh yes? The Joker had awesome lines, depth, character and emotion. Vince didn't do anything nor was he even considered a villain. He might as well been named Cliche Bully #1 in the cast.

Apparently they do, because I seem them both asked about in a lot of threads. He was Dom's best friend.
