The plane scene at the beginning

How can everyone on there including the flight attendants and pilots and all the passengers be government agents out to get Miller?

What happened to the real passengers who booked on that flight? Once the government found out what flight Miller was on, they got rid of the real passengers and pilots and flight attendants?

If you look at that jet, as they're boarding, it looks like a Boeing 727. The colour scheme looks very similar to the paint job on the Boeing 737 which commutes workers .... kind of in secret ..... between Las Vegas and Area 51. They may be refrencing that jet in this scene, hence all those on board would be some kind of US secret service agents or personnell

It was a spy action romantic comedy parody.

They were watching him. When he bought his ticket the agents immediately commandeered the plane, and stopped further ticket sales.

They then went about the airport and discretely told every single person on the flight they needed to re-book, but didn't re-book her because they knew she had the zephyr.

If you want to hardboil all the logic in a film like this then a thin explanation is concrete.

How did he know that the villain would sit in the seat he was in on the train, blow on the glass, and then stand exactly where he would be looking to see him in the shape drawn on the glass...? Because silly movie.

Try not to even care about such flights of fancy, they only detract, and they aren't hard to pick up on.

But she didn't have the Zephyr. After she got it through security Knight bumped into her again and took it back. There's no reason for her to be on the plane.

Unless they thought she was part of a dynamic duo, a partner in crime... a person of interest... Just someone who knew too much...

Roy knew she was on the plane, maybe pulling her meant getting too close to him, they were getting on the same plane at the same gate... Where was the opportunity to snatch her, or get her out of the way without tipping him off.

c'mon, work with me here.

I suppose so. It seems pretty obvious that they wouldn't need the charade of bumping into each other to exchange zephyr but I'm willing to chock that up to cover story.

While we are discussing potential plot holes, and there are only 2 that bother me, where did she get the connect to get the coordinates of the Knight home?

It was preset on his smart phone or whatever that she looked at on the island, at least I think it was the island. And it showed some guy working on the car, and she remarked on the car. Then she went back there much later in the film.
