I have not seen the movie and would like to, however her nieces name is karine who died of cystic fibrosis is a different name used for her character in this film?
No it did't say anything about her at all. I was pretty disappointed. It actually didn't focus on anyone in her family besides her parents and one brother at the very beginning. It's a real shame, but I wasn't really impressed with this movie.
sharethats what i said this morning to my mom too!! it was a disapointment not to see a big part of her life cut out. i would of liked to see a better movie and better actors in this. and not such a big focus on her childhood they should of really displayed all the key points.

Karin's death was a huge part of Celine's life, as well as her family. Celine has been by the sides of several people before/as they died.
The writers really should have done more research to get the facts right and should have at least collaborated with Celine and her family and friends since the movie was about her.
This makes me wonder if Celine has seen this movie about her and what she thinks about it.
