Question. In the scene where Irena was facing execution, a German Soldier told her to leave now and if she didn't, he'd kill her right then and now. Who was the German soldier and why did he let her go??????

The German soldier was bribed by the Resistance (Zegota). Remember when she was being treated by the doctor in the prison? He showed her a note that said Zegota would help her. They paid the German to help her escape (he was the same German soldier that everyone was bribing throughout the movie).
