Seperating religion and God

More people need to learn to separate religion and God....

Religion is a set of traditions passed down my man... how you choose to worship God might be in a religious way or by loving your fellow man or both...

I believe in God and Jesus as his son. I'm not religious at all in that I don't go to church or pray at the same time everyday, but I do consider myself to be very spiritual.

I believe Religion as an institution has brought on many great and many terrible things, but ultimately it's a reflection of the human race and not God.

We can all sit back and criticize religion like we can criticize others and ourselves if we're open minded enough for that.

Whether or not you believe in God is probably one of the biggest beliefs you can have, or if your unsure. I don't criticize or look down upon those who don't believe in God, but I would encourage you to keep looking. It seems a lot of people have a grudge against people who believe in God and vice versa. We should all be open minded and civil about our personal beliefs. There are many great minds on both sides of the coin, so it isn't a question of intelligence on whether or not you believe.

For those of you who don't believe... don't let this documentary or religion turn you off about God or "the idea of God"....
