Guiltily Loving It !!!!

I thought it was just another animate-to-live low budget movie, but it turned out unexpectingly funny!

They keeped many of the original elements such as title songs, character costumes, and styles, really reminding me of the original cartoon that I watched when I was 7 yrs old!

Those who didn't watch the original cartoon on TV may find the film stupid and dum, but those who did - to my guessing would be as old as I am (40), I highly recommend to see it!

I'm also glad that Kyoko Fukada plays Doronjo, she has the perfect eyes for the mask.

this is my guilty pleasure as well. it's like power rangers directed by a pervert. it's just so wacky and weird! i never saw the original series but i get the sense this movie pays big tribute to it. the scene with the original voice actors was quite obvious to me while i had no idea who they were, i chuckled a bit. the giant robots make out scene was sooooooooo wrong but also so funny i couldn't look away. AND kyoko fukada has never been so HOT before! i'm so in love. is this a good movie tho? hard to say. but definitely entertaining (if you can tolerate the wackiness of it all).

I never watched the original cartoon, but absolutely loved this movie nonetheless; thought it was insanely funny. After some research, however, I realized it also seems like it's a very well made blend of hommage and parody to the cartoon serie.

never watched the original series, but I love that movie. like mentioned: the pervert form of powerrangers, wonderful, campy, chaotic, bizarre =) thank you, Miike =)

The whole Doronjo outfit elevates Kyoko Fukada to goddess level, in my opinion.
