6/10. Death by dialogue.

Yes.
I was thinking.
About the film?
Yes.
How how how.
How it.
How everyone is.
Talking.
Yes.
How everyone is talking in.
And and interrupting.
Yes.
Talking talking in incomplete sentence.
Sentence frag fragments.
Fragments that pretend to be natural.
But are trans transparently stage staged.
Yes, staged.
I think.
Yes.

I'm so glad I never have to watch that again.
An interesting idea, but with absolutely horrible dialogue, delivered horribly.

Yes, I'd have to agree with you on that point. I thought the acting was outstanding, but I did get tired of the style (as you so aptly outlined above).

I really would have liked JUST a little more illumination, particularly around the "original" son, the "real" son (the one that he loved), and how it is that one offs the other, then himself, leaving "Dad" to just go on and have a clone-fest reunion with all the other clones, clonelettes and clone-in-laws.

Odd, yes. Great premise, I think, deserving of a feature-length treatment.

You are quite witty! Thanks for the post. I enjoyed the film but the eternal stuttering was annoying and got in the way of the story. People don't talk like that, at least not anyone I converse with.
