Global Warming isn't real.

I think you're a troll, but I'll ask you this anyway:

You say global warming isn't real. Please show us your evidence to support this so we can have some sort of debate. I could have sworn that the scientists pretty much universaly agree that global warming is real, but, hell maybe I'm wrong. Please explain to me if I am, I'd really like to be put right.

Oh. You've read it on a website based on a documentary that was once shown on Channel 4? Well bowl me over, that's me shotdown and humilated. Damb, I'm so stupid, all these years I've read magazine features and watched TV programs about the subject, but I am wrong because there is a website based on a documentary that was once shown on Channel 4. ;-)

I'm with the OP if he's serious. However, I just got done watching Linkin Park and it is currently 5:25 am here. Maybe I'll give you an argument after I sleep.

It's a good cause? Do you now how much energy is WASTED by having these concerts, flying artists in from all over the world and broadcasting it on tv and the internet? Numerous artists have declined Gore's invitation, stating it's a waste of money, time and energy. You would be doing the environment a favour by NOT watching it and turning your tv off.

The debate isn't if there is global warming. There is. The debate is over what causes it. Personally I believe that it is a natural occurrence. But hey, I could be wrong. Don't try to tell the sky is falling crowd though. You could get hurt.

the problem is that we have ignorant people like the OP here who's too much of a skeptic to try and see if lowering the waste output will indeed effect global warming since it wouldn't hurt anything other than him not being able to pass gas more often.

For what it's worth the UN carried out the biggest scientific study ever when it researched into global warming. The 100's of scientists involved concluded:

There is a 90% chance that mankind is adding to global warming

But having said that berts1404 found a website based on a documentary once shown on UK's Channel 4, so they're probably all wrong because berts1404 found a website based on a documentary once shown on UK's Channel 4...
