If Velvet50 was the killer, how come she had only just left the room where Sandra was on the laptop when the first murder took place via the webcam (Mark?)
Mark was in a different state!

Actually, Allie and Professor are first, then Velvet and Sandra in hallway, but then we go to the next day with Janet and doctor and then evening when Mark is killed..plenty of time for the killer to get there.
