Well, assuming you read the title, where can I find this and how extreme is it?

You can shoot yourself in a face and take a dumb on your own injury. That would be easier to accomplish compared to getting a licensed version of this movie, and more entertaining than watching it.

I doubt if you'll get it legit. You'll probably have to look for a torrent. it's extreme in parts, but I've seen heavier. It's pretty depressing in tone though.

It's on YT with English subtitles (you have to manually turn the subtitles on yourself). If you want to save it, just google "free online video downloader," paste the video address and opt to save it as MP4, AVI or MKV file.
