Script history

If anyone is familiar with the development of the script, I am curious about how it was written. I see the idea came from the director and another guy. In the end credits of the film, Oscar Torres and two others are credited for the script. Does anyone know if the two others wrote the screenplay and Oscar provided a polish/punch-up/fix? Or did the two "screenplay" writers re-write the draft written by Oscar Torres?
