I want to watch this movie on Netflix, but it doesn't have subtitles and it isn't dubbed over. Anyone else on Netflix having this issue as well?

I'm pretty sure when I tried to watch it, it DID have subtitles, but it was playing really choppily as if it was encoded incorrectly or something.

same here. it has subtitles but it seems the framerate is very slow. i watched the first 5-10 minutes thinking maybe it was on purpose to add a fairy tale vibe to the movie. i eventually went to find a scene on youtube to see if this was normal. nope.

good news, the whole movie is on youtube, with subtitles, and the framerate is smooth.

Good News Update :D

I think that Netflix must have made some improvements as I have just watched this movie on Netflix and it ran smooth and had full English subtitles.

That's frustrating I'm watching it on Netflix now and there are no subtitles. I could see how it wouldn't seem synced tho, considering the film speed itself seems a little sped up! Beautiful atmosphere even if I have NO IDEA what the heck they're talking about!!

My netflix device did not show subtitles but when I watched it on my lap top it had subtitles. I've noticed this on some other movies as well......

I watched on Netflix and there were subtitles but at times they were out of synch with the spoken word which made it slightly confusing. Really enjoyable film, none-the-less.
