Do you know someonw like Hal?

I know a guy like him where I work... He's selfish, thinks he's a "nice guy" who's entitled to a woman, and thinks because he's a "nerd" that the world owes him something. He's very... uh... "woe is me because I'm smart and have assburgers and women always date jerks and I'm nice because I don't assault people WHY DOESN'T ANYONE PAY ATTENTION TO MEEEE?? WHERE'S MY HOT WOMAN TROPHY!!?"

Honestly, this was the most realistic portrayal of a real-world *beep* I've ever seen. A little exaggerated, but holy sh-t it's spot on.

The entitlement was astoundingly accurate.

28 days, 6 hours, 42 minutes, 12 seconds. That is when the world... will end.

Yeah a guy in college.

He was overbearing around everyone. He talked crap to everyone. And attacked people who disagreed with him. Verbally and physically. When people mocked him he completely became whiny. He doesn't seem to remember any of the people he was abusive to. He tried to be Facebook friends with someone he threatened to assault before. Bottom line he didn't last there.

And if your coworker is autistic then he really doesn't get it. One of the symptoms of Aspergers is mind blindness. Basically they lack the ability to read interpersonal cues. He probably talks non-stop when he gets going. He doesn't understand social graces that are subtle so he measures people tangibles he can understand. Hence "she likes him because of his money or body", personality doesn't occur to him.

But be that as it may you still don't have to put up with that crap. Therapy helps but only if the person is willing.
