Jennifer Aniston and Ben Affleck (SPOILERS)

Jennifer Aniston's character wants him to marry her, it's right what she is saying, but the thing is he feels that he has the right to say no because she is already giving him husband privileges - sex before marriage, why should he want to marry her when she's already giving the goods away without a ring?!

Ben Affleck's character is confused because they've already been living together for years and NOW she wants marriage.

He already said he doesn't believe in marriage and then she asks him if he is ever going to marry her. What is the point of asking him that when he already gave you the answer?! Aniston's character should just leave him when he made it clear that he didn't want marriage the first time, clearly she was unhappy in their relationship.
