Hey, just finished this on normal mode and got 33 out of 60 treasures, anyone know what happens if you get them all?

You just get rewards I believe.

Get all the Treasures and medals, then try Crushing mode after you've done hard. If you get everything, you can get Eddy's gun, amongst other things.
