Your legal ideas to get some payback?

I watched this documentary last night. Obviously it made me very mad. The ridiculousness of religion aside (and why America's child protection services DO NOT step in and save the brainwashed kids), what clever and LEGAL ideas could you put in action to give some payback for all the horrible things they have said and done? I know a few of them are lawyers so you must be smarter than them and make it seem like an accident perhaps...

My idea was to somehow herd the kids away to an icecream van while they were out picketing, then somehow encourage your mates septic tank truck to accidently malfuntion and spray liquidated human feces all over the Phelps family (minus the kids getting icecream). They can't sue you for an accident right???
