Quality/# of Star Trek movies and Secret Diary seasons

An old saying about Star Trek movies was that odd numbered ones sucked while even numbered ones rocked.

Is it me, or did the odd numbers seasons rock of Secret Diary while the even ones sucked?

1st season was new and interesting.

2nd season was too focused on Hannah and her doc boyfriend though the final scenes were pretty good.

3rd season had a number of interesting story lines that all came together really well.

4th season was been dull and depressing.

Anyone agree or disagree?
