I live in London but can't pinpoint where Belle's house is - where it is filmed or where it is supposed to be.
Considering she works in Central London most of the time (Mayfair and so on) I assume she can't live too far outside the city centre.
Does anyone know?
the OXO building is shown in many shots when they are showing her at home, and from near her flat you can see across the Thames to St. Paul's Cathedral. So I would guess she is on the South Bank of the Thames near the Tate Modern and OXO building. But I see in later seasons she is in a different flat (sign said Stevenson Street apartments maybe?) and then later she is in a house. In Season 4 when Ben asks to meet her at their place on the Embankment, I think they are on the South Bank of the Thames.
shareThe opening credits mosey up Portobello Rd, and there are lots of shots of Trellick Tower and I thought the flat was around there, ie Ladbroke Grove. The house was maybe Chiswick? Fulham? Somewhere like that ... I think Belle was a West London girl.
