different coloured eyes?
In the film William McInnes (John Curtin) has two differently coloured eyes. I don't think he has that in real life. Did Curtin have two differently coloured eyes?
shareI didn't record the film (unfortunately) but I think he was wearing brown contact lenses. It also looked like they used prosthetic make-up on his nose and under his eyes so he resembled Curtin more.
shareJohn Curtin had a distinct cast in his left eye. I am resident in the UK at the minute and will have to wait a while before I see the film, but I imagine that is the way the directors have tried to depict his rather bad eyesight. Read David Day's biography if you really want a full understanding of this greatest of Australians.
