What's the meaning of the title?

The English title "A Gentle Breeze in the Village", I guess, comes from the girl's name Soyo, which means breeze in Japanese. But what about the Japanese title? Tennen, as far as I know, means Natural or Born, but what's Kokekko?

I also want to know too...
But here is what I found from a manga-related site:

Tennen Kokekko (This one is very difficult to translate. If I dare to, it could be "The Natural Life", although too boring. Tennen means natural, and Kokekko is a mintage; probably a combination of kokekokko(cock-a-doodle-doo) and kekko(fine).);

That seems to give meaning to the chicken silhouette on the DVD cover.
