- Dark-ish comedy about a couple of psychiatric patients.

I'm a cyborg but that's OK
- A bit lighter but still nicely twisted and set in a mental institution.

Hanging Garden (2005)
- Dark-ish, absurd family comedy/drama.

Suicide Club and Noriko's Dinner Table
- The first two movies of a would-be trilogy. Absurd, over the top and funny.

Strange Circus
- From the same director as the two above. Weird, sick and twistedly funny.

Girl Interrupted is VERY similar to the movie with some very similar themes, WTTQR is actually on the verge of being a rip-off of it.
