Promising, but dissapointing aka the end of Bernard's career

Yeah it had a good start. But after a while you get tired by the same supermarket settings, Carlos Bernard's looks, the overstretched finale and hide-and-seek and all those tensioned characters. Is mr. Bernard going in the footsteps of Steven Bauer? Is career all downhill from now on? He better take some more acting lessons if he doesn't wanna end like this:
