well i respectfully disagree although you didn't elaborate on your stance.
To me "Otis" was a fresh breath of macabre b-movie Horror with intriguing characters and succeeded in achieving an athmosphere that is rarely seen in any other low-budget Horrormovies.

also the rating says 6.1 not 9 which indicates you're not the only one who wasn't served well with this film.

Which Horromovies do you like btw?

I rated it a 4. I love the front review that says it's the best movie of 2008. Talk about another obvious shill.
