Few of these films are available on DVD

This documentary has testimony from fans of the films mentioned, and the point seems to be to whet your appetite for them.

The problem: almost none of them are available on DVD! Sure, the "Mad Max" stuff can be found, but if you were to list the other films and search for them in Netflix, you'd find few results.

About 80% of the movies in this documentary are on dvd in Australia, most since this documentary came out. If you have a region free dvd player, you've got it made -- try dvd websites for Madman Entertainment or Umbrella Entertainment and you'll probably find all you're looking for -- or for anything in the new and used markets, try booko.com.au

Or you could just download them. I mean if it's not on DVD, it's not like the distributors are losing any money.
