The ending...

Does this have a happy ending? Did e two leads get 2getha?

This is not the right question. This is a very brilliant film, very deep, hilarious, beautiful, moving, insane, hopeful. Answering your question would be the worst kind of spoiler. See it.

i guess u can say it's a happy ending. personally, i was sick of sad endings in gay films, so i was very glad i found a beautifully made semi happyending film.

I was happy to see such an ending as well. sick of lousy endings for most gay films...
This was really an unexpectedly sweet and beautiful film. highly recommended!

No apologies, no regrets

Yups, agree with U guys, sick of all bad, weepy, confusing or irritating endings in gay films whereby it is either an open ended ending or some dramatic death scene... hmm, anyone reckon a good gay film with a good ending (the really rare kinds haha) ... thanks

Maybe, recently, have you seen the film called ''Eating out'' ? It has 2 parts but i prefer the first one ,personally. It is more of a comedy, but the good-looking actors also contribute to my judging. And it is a happy-ending movie. So far, the film No regret takes the first place in my favorite gay films. It makes you think, feel the emotions, enjoy the acting, savoring the beauty of each phrase, each dialogue, keep you on the edge of the seat by guessing the outcome of the story. Just BRILLIANT !!!

Recently, i have a chance to watch the film called Shelter. I watched it after i made this comment about the film of No regret. Therefore i would like to retract my last comment about "So far, the film No regret takes the first place in my favorite gay films".

MY FIRST PLACE GOES TO SHELTER. BECAUSE IT SIMPLY THE BEST.

Thanks !!! ALl the movies you guys reccomend are really good ... I wouldn't have any idea where to find such good films without your info ... they are hardly even available in my country also

My favorite is by far "Eternal Summer", but "No Regret" is coming close to de-throning it. XD

I was very taken aback by the ending, just because it didn't really mesh with the overall feel of the movie, but I think that was the point. It capped it off in an unexpectedly positive way. It was actually pretty cool. =P
