Dissapointed(spoilers probably but not much)

I watched this film last night and i have to say that i am pretty dissapointed. The movie had an awesome trailer that i was soo excited the first time i saw it. The story was pretty good and simple until the end. The ending was ridiculous IMO, it was weak. I mean, i didnt have any problem with the horrible thing Scarlett did in the past, i didnt have any problem with that, cause that was kinda shocking. My problem with the ending is the bad guys, the way they transform into demons i think. And the old dude at the ending looked stupid, too. The acting from Kelly Hu and Steven Weber as the bad guys was xcellent and Kelly was very sexy, too. Jaimie Allman gave a great performance, too, she was very convincing. Now, my other problem was William Lee Scott, i think his performance was wooden and not convincing, and i was like "why his acting is soo bad in this movie?" Cause he was good in other films like: Butterfly Effect and Identity. But here, he was bad IMO. The beggining was a little slow, too. The film started out so well and had some terrifying and suspenseful scenes(like the one with the cheese crater or the one with Samael and Alal in the farm or the one Samael chasing Scarlett in the farm and more). But the ending was a completeletdown IMO. And the movie itself could have been more intense in parts. Overall a decent film who could have been great but ruined by the ending and one actor. I gave it a 6.5/10, nice try to make something different but the twist wasnt for me i guess. But its worth a watch though.

Yes,
some of the acting was horribly annoying. I enjoyed this movie- it is not a classic in any sense, but it kept me entertained and squeamish during certain scenes.

I do agree about the ending-

Okay, if you are going to bring Satan and demons into the story-- then finish it with a bang- hardcore style, or more violent with some type of epic finish- not a baby drowning in water...or a "use your imagination" sort of ending- that was the only thing i would have changed.

I would have liked to see both main characters sucked to a hell or both explode into a million pieces lol it just needed more balls at the end. I know they were supposedly dead anyways but it seems like something else would have helped.

I kinda enjoyed the movie, but yeah the actor playing chad(can't be bothered to look up his name) acting was very on/off. One thing I had to say, was that the ending was predictable. Not the whole demon *beep* but her killing her own baby. The minute they started talking about her killing Alal, I knew she had killed her baby. I felt like they were using Alal as a metaphor for her own baby(them both being handicapped and all). Them turning into demons was okay, and I guess them ending realizing they were going to hell was fine, didn't need any explosive ending in my worthless opinion.

The ending was... dumb as hell. I'm so punny.

No really, the ending destroyed any and all potential the film had.

Yeah, I wish the twist wasn't supernatural.

Boycott movies that involve real animal violence! (and their directors too)
