Question (spoilers)
Perhaps I missed something, but was it ever explained how he figured out who the serial killer was ?
shareI'm still not sure. Maybe he set a trap for her by telling the staff he knew who killed the patients, and then waited for her to try and kill him?
It seemed to have something to do with him looking at the cause of death reports on the three patients that died that he knew, and also the names in the "painting" by the silent woman patient. They kept showing that painting throughout, and she kept adding letters to it. Maybe she knew who did it, because she wrote the names of the doctor and the nurse along with the patients who were murdered.
There were a few things that were not explained:
Why was the nurse who was retiring crying outside the clinic at the end?
Why was the doctor waiting in his car for Beatrice right after that?
What did her promotion to head nurse have to do with the murders?
